We had some fun doing a short promotional piece for Jan Terkelson recently. Jan does training seminars for various businesses, aimed at getting people to tap in to their own innate potential, and also includes yoga principles to help people achieve a more holistic life. She asked us to make a three minute video of her speaking, somewhat in the vein of Danielle LaPorte’s inspirational videos.

The video was shot at Jan’s house, with husband Brett in attendance helping with the production. We used the portable green screen, so the background could be removed, giving a clean white look to the image.

New Govardhana School (Australia) Promo Video

We just finished the New Govardhana school video – thanks to all the staff and students for being so helpful in shooting it – we hope you like the video. It shows so many nice aspects of the school – a very special school in an amazing location in the Tweed Valley, northern New South Wales.

Giri Kana Cafe photoshoot

Inspiring afternoon today at the Giri Kana Cafe in Southport. The cafe is run by our friend Mahananda, who is an absolutely amazing chef. She was trained by expert Bengali cooks from a young age, and started her first cafe at the age of 19 – her food has to be tasted to be believed – and it’s all pure, vegetarian/vegan/organic and super healthy.

We were doing a photo shoot for the new cafe website, which should be up and running in the next few weeks. Here’s a sneak peek of some photos which will be on the site. The cake you see here is the Honey Layered cake, which my wife described as: “something everyone should taste, at some point in their lives,” and my six year old son just kept making various noises when asked how it was on the way home, saying, “I just can’t talk about it… it’s so good you just can’t talk about how good it is.”
